By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Handmade Nature

  • Each Baby Stingray piece is handmade to order.Small variations in colour, stitching, or fabric placement are normal and part of the charm of a handmade item.

 

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

3. Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are made to order.

  • Please allow the timeframe listed on our website before dispatch.

  • We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post or another trusted carrier.

  • Once dispatched, delivery times are out of our control.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at babystingray.hm@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a solution.

  • All Baby Stingray designs, photos, and content on this website are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
