Because each item is handmade to order (often customised just for you), I do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. However, I want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase.
If there is a fault or issue with the product, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the problem. If the item is found to have a fault, I will offer one of the following in line with consumer law:

Small variations in stitching, fabric placement, or print alignment are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
